Tackle Twill Season is in Full Swing!

It has been a while since we have posted on the blog. Things are really heating up with new hires, additional equipment, and football season.

We produce custom tackle twill designs for several manufacturers of football jerseys and cheerleader uniforms. We do the graphic layout, laser cut the twill, do the embroidery designs, and stitch everything in-house. This gives us full control of the designs and quality and allows us to turn everything quickly. Our standard turnaround time is one week. We provide contract services for the complete process or individual parts. If you have an embroidery shop and need custom cut twill with stitch files, we can do it for you with great pricing.

Ruff Ryder Army Patch

Here's a fairly recent patch we made. This is made from a worn out US Army shirt. We laser cut the back out of the shirt and used it as the base for the patch for an Army Reservist.

We produce more and more patches these days. Most patches we make are for motorcycle clubs but we also do a lot for band merchandise, specialty clubs, schools, awards, and we even make some just for fun.

We have done quite a few patches for leather vests for members of the international Ruff Ryders motorcycle club. We have also made caps, beanies, hoodies, and lots of other custom items for members of the club and we have shipped them all over.

Our First Post

This is the first post on the Embroider Texas BLOG.

A little about us. We are a commercial embroider business based in Mansfield, Texas. We do embroidery for businesses and schools in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex as well as businesses all over the US. We regularly supply caps, shirts, and other garments to Fortune 500 businesses, police departments, and other government agencies. We also do contract embroidery for smaller embroidery shops, screen printers, and promotional item companies.

We do not have a retail store front and we do a majority of our design work and specialty work in-house so our pricing is very competitive. Being based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, we have ready access to most of the large distributors of garments we use and receive most of our orders in one day.

In addition to standard embroidery, we offer sports lettering, tackle twill applique, mixed media work including layered felt for an old fashioned school look, and much more. We do our own laser-cutting and design work in-house.
